Aled MannAled Mann is one of the most exciting Trance DJs currently emerging from the UK's dance scene. Born in Bangor in 1979, Aled grew up on the stunning Penninsula of North Wales. His earliest memories of listening to dance music is from the various mix tapes brought home by his elder brother from established clubbing hot-spots of the early 1990's, such as the Hacienda in Manchester. From here grew an emphatic courtship with an eclectic range of different music styles from Italian House to Trance, but It wasn't until his first clubbing experience at the age of 18 that the DJ'ing bug really took hold. A night at the now infamous nightclub, Cream at Nation in Liverpool, changed his life forever. The atmosphere, the music, the people...everything about that night established dance music and its culture as an important aspect of his life. Aled's first success as a DJ came at the end of 2003 when he won a DJ'ing competition with his 1st ever mix CD for one of the North-East's longest running club nights - Elevate. The night has played host to some of the worlds leading DJ's including Matt Hardwick, John Over the past 3 years Aled has worked hard to establish himself as a star of the future. With exciting projects in the pipe-line including his 1st production, he has paved the way for a promising future. Having now been booked for Crasher, the super-club that revolutionised the trance scene and the clubbing world, a club-night that 3 years ago he could only dream of being a part of, he looks to the future with eager anticipation... |
