Agnelli and NelsonAlthough Chris Agnelli and Robbie Nelson produce under three other pseudonyms their passion lies in the music that Agnelli & Nelson are re-knowned for – Trance. After a string of top 20 hits in the UK their calling sign usually comes in the form of up lifting pumping trance and often carries a vocal that is just pure heaven. Since creating massive club hits such as “El Nino” and “Everyday” the Agnelli & Nelson name has become a clubbing brand that is synonymous with the biggest club brands in the UK and the world including; GateCrasher Godskitchen, Goodgreef, Slinky, Passion.
Having mixed three compilations, produced a string of Top 40 hits and with an appearance on Top of the Pops under their belt Agnelli & Nelson are busy creating more masterpieces for release in the next few months. The release of “Holding on to Nothing” earlier this year has already seen the track achieve anthem status, after sitting happily at number 1 on MTV’s dance chart and receiving plays from every major DJ in the trance genre, rumor even had it that Paul Van Dyk was playing it twice in his sets. The latest release from the Agnelli & Nelson stables is a breath taking remix of Ferry Corsten’s latest monster “It’s time” for which the boys have delivered a tough but ultimately uplifting affair of the vocal trancer which is fast becoming a firm favourite with the likes of Tiesto, Paul Van Dyk and Marco V. Next on the agenda for Agnelli & Nelson is a remix of Armin Van Buuren’s classic “Blue Fear”, which Armin himself requested after being transfixed by Agnelli & Nelson’s now legendary set at Radio 1’s One Big Weekend in County Kildare earlier this year.
