Where can I park?

There is no on site parking at Sheffield City Hall. However, there are city centre car parks within easy walking distance.

SIV recommend Q Park on Rockingham Street, S1 4NL. £3.50 for 24 hours. For more information please visit the parking page.

There are limited car parking areas for blue badge holders on streets close to the City Hall.

Disabled Access

Are there any disabled facilities at the venue?

Yes. There is a ramp on the front of the building for wheelchair users - this leads to the main entrance. We have lifts to all floors,  accessible toilets on every level and hearing loops in our auditoriums. We also welcome guidance dogs. If you need assistance at the venue, please do not hesitate to contact any of our stewards who will assist wherever possible.

Can I book tickets if I am a wheelchair user?

Yes, the tickets must be booked by calling the box office Disabled Access Booking Line on 0114 223 3752.

First and foremost, we will always have someone on hand who is available to assist you if required – just look for any of our security or event team who will be happy to help. Prior to the event taking place we have a direct contact in place who will be happy to answer any questions you may have, Please call 0114 223 3752.

Naturally, there will be disabled toilet facilities on site and these will be clearly signposted.

Free tickets will be issued for Personal Assistants and a request for these should be made to Lisa at Gatecrasher  who will be happy to  help.

Food & Drink

This is a licensed event and alcohol will be on sale from City Hall’s  own bars.

Please do not attempt to bring any alcohol onto the site as searches will be in place and any alcohol will be confiscated and discarded.

Is there a Bar in the venue?

The City Bar at Sheffield City Hall offers the perfect place to meet before a show for a relaxing drink and a catch up with friends or colleagues. The fully licensed bar serves a range of alcoholic and soft drinks, as well as hot drinks.
